Very sadly, in the area of these graves, the crematorium had been built and the smoke had clearly damaged the graves in this area.  Bellett's grave had been replaced, but doen very badly .. you can see the Bible verse is spelt wrong('take' rather than 'make'), and also the street name was 'Prembroke', not 'Penbroke'
