Hello Tom, I believe it is an extract of the letter sent from J.N.D to Rev. James Kelly, on the 26 of Feb, 1839, that is found in the document "The claims of the Church of England considered; being the close of a correspondence between the Rev. James Kelly, of Stillogan, Ireland, and J. N. Darby"
