FWIW the address of the Kingsland meeting was Bedford Hall, 54 Downham Road, Kingsland, London E

According to https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/middx/vol10/pp130-144#h3-0021;

Downham Road hall, N. side at no. 68, used by 1894. Attendance 1903: 63 a.m., 77 evg. Served as Meth. mission room 1907 after Brethren moved to Bedford hall, no. 54 at corner of Mortimer Rd., which closed c. 1952.

From Google Maps it looks like the building has been converted.

The hymbooks (Dr Wolston's) are stamped with 54B Downham Road (I assume that they were re-distributed via the Depot after the demise of the meeting, ending up at Rotherham). This seems to be the building in the back - presumably built in the garden of 54. It's perhaps more evident on the Google aerial view.

That would fit in as the big Georgian house is no 54. Maybe an old photo will come up one day.

I have received a copy of my great uncle's will today and found that he was once the owner of 54 Downham Road, Kingsland. The will is for 1917 and mentions that the the property was known as Bedford House and Bedford Hall. I think that the hall was at the back of the property.
