This is a complete mess! It is certainly not 1929. I agree that the first part is a List of Alterations, from the style and contents I would suggest sometime between 1938 and 1946. The rest seems to be a poor scan of the 1925 edition, which is already available on this web-site. I would suggest that to prevent further confusion (and time wasting!) that it be removed if it cannot be corrected. Thanks.
