The only reference at CBA are two of 'these';

W. S. Gelder was not the author, he was the owner of that particular brochure which Tom copied.

There are several other books from Gelder's collection on this website, for example here, where Gelder's stamp is clearly visible: https://www.brethrenarchive.org/archive/open-brethren/fellowship-questions/later-issues/church-theories-among-brethren/

Gelder was Evangelist among Open Brethren and is mentioned several times in "The Believer's Magazine" about 1935-1940.

I cannot help with the real author of "A Sketch of the Order of Events . . ."
