Bartleman's testimony is commended to the attention of many today who profess to follow the same path but who really have one eye on some organization or fund. Such send reports to magazines, or issue circular letters to keep themselves before friends,. which circulars often of late bear the names of the writer's wife, and of Susan, John, Mary. and the baby.
