Even though on the last page of Part IV there is an announcement that Part V Ministerial Maintenance  'is intended soon to appear', I'm pretty sure it never did.  That certainly was the opinion of the very knowledgeable Cornishman G.C. Boase in his Bibliotheca Cornubiensis ii.756.    Timothy
